Is ‘Evolve’ any good? Here’s what the critics think;

So far, ‘Evolve’ has recieved generally positive reviews, keeping a score of 83 for PC, and 81 for PlayStation 4 on Metacritic.com.

GameSpot.com have decided to give the game a score of 8 out of 10, praising its “vicious and intense” battles, as well as its “fantastic audio”, but warning consumers that some battles could become boring if they take too long to complete.

However, the game has faced quite a bit of criticism from the fans, regarding its price and 2K’s DLC policy. Even weeks before the game’s actual launch, many people stood up against the Day-one DLC practice, which ‘Evolve’ adopted.

As the game released, the negative feedback continues, with people saying the game is not worth the price, consireding the amount of content, which has been put into it.

As of February 11th, the game has scored 65 percent on its Steam Store page, and 4.5/10 user score on Metacritic.

All these numbers are a subject to change in the future, as more and more reviews come out.

‘Evolve’ came out on February 10th, 2015 and is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One both in digital and physical form.
